RecommendedAm Ugandan but I have heard only good about it
So I come here to see someone who is having surgery. I am on the 5th floor in Kimmel Pavilion. I approach the surgery desk where 4 people are working to inquire the status of the patient . I am ignored by everyone sitting behind the desk. No one picks up their head to acknowledge me. I stand there waiting then I ask again only to receive a less than mediocre answer. Horrible customer service. Employees need re-training .

I'm here at immediate Samuel Langone Ortho Immediate care on E 17th and my child could really use a doctor with a sports injury but the service is running so slow it's going backwards. Look I get it that it's a great resource and specialty to be open and available as an immediate ortho center but honestly I've been here 1.5 hours with 4 other patients in the waiting room with me. I honestly might have to leave. I could have gone to a Northwell Urgent with x-ray but wanted to see a specialist tonight.
