Abbiamo soggiornato presso Nyhavn una settimana. Si tratta di un contesto meraviglioso in mezzo alla natura e fronte ad un lago, con molti servizi a disposizione, ideale per la nostra tranquillità e per i nostri bambini che hanno potuto goderne in massima libertà. We booked initially for 5 days but have to cancel due to family emergency. Mark was outstanding in handling the cancellation process. He clearly explained the initial terms and conditions at the time of booking, understood our problem and offered a comprehensive win-win solution. It was one of the highest level of professionalism, business ethics and customer care that i have seen. Honestly, very impressed. We plan to visit next year, if possible.
This is a lovely home and it was great having the balcony overlooking the lake. The onsite tennis courts and games rooms were excellent for our children. Great watersports and cycle routes nearby. Will definitely be returning
Lovely place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Room size view of the lake with its resident wildfowl population. The accommodation is beautiful and very well appointed (even has a pair of binoculars to view the said bird life). Welcome pack and facilities go above and beyond expectations. Easy to follow arrival instructions and Google takes you practically to the door. Most definitely a house to return to.
What an absolutely beautiful place, everything that you could possibly need for a break away. The cottage is stunning, clean and amazingly well equipped with every thing you can think of that you might need, including some little treats, to kick start the holiday. The hosts are brilliant and are so easy to get into contact with if you need anything. We will definitely be going back
