I had an awesome experience with Hussain buying my car. However, Al was a different story! We were brought in to speak with Al who wanted to sell us extended warranties etc. he was very nice until we informed him we were not interested and his demeanor completely changed! I would still come back because Hussain was Awesome!
I bought an F-150 from them last year. They were very enthusiastic, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale. They were good at helping me focus on what my needs were and I appreciated that. Ive had the truck serviced twice there so far, they sent me reminders, and the Ford team were very accommodating and friendly. Ford Rep Lamar came down to greet me personally, I thought that was pretty cool!
Lamar called me to let me know that they needed increased used vehicle inventory and could offer me some great incentives. I was happy with my current vehicle (also purchased from NYE) and didn’t plan on buying a new vehicle unless they really blew me away with an offer. Low and behold less than 24 hours later I was driving a new ‘19 Explorer and I couldn’t be happier. Lamar was friendly, accessible, and made me feel like a valued customer.

It's a misconception that all car salesmen are shady! Nye folks honestly care! From sales, finance and service, it all rates top notch in my book of personal needs and demands! I'm probably not the easiest customer, however, they went above and beyond to met my needs!! All my business will go to Nye!
