Their service department is always fast, friendly and excellent at what they do. Even the waiting lounge is classy. NYE Ford is the best!
Flat rate shop, be sure they inform you of your total billing before they start. Had two hours worth of work done 6/9/20 got billed for three hours because that's what the book said it would take. A first time and one time customer here as they didn't explain there shop rules. Dealers survive by there service departments but at $125. per hour you think they would be a little more professional not just get what ever they can from there customers.

I just got home with my 2019 Ranger - I Love it! This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Nye and it gets better each and every time. The sales person Tim Nye paid attention to detail and made it another enjoyable experience. The entire staff made me feel welcome and was courteous and helpful. I will see you again in 4 years! Rob P
