I bought my car while home on vacation and after shopping around Hussain Abukhdair at Nye was the best! Not just price but his willingness to work with me even on the first day when I told him I was not buying till I shopped around. I will definitely go back to him!
We recently had our older Ford Escape in for service. We had taken it to another Ford dealership in the past and explained our issue with the truck and were told that nothing was wrong with it. After only 1/2 a day, the service department had found the issue with the transmission and a wheel bearing. They fixed the problems immediately and we had our vehicle back the next day. VERY, VERY, VERY happy with the service department. We will never take our Ford anywhere else.
Poor customer service and very poor communication. I’m unhappy every time my truck needs service. My truck has been there for 10 days with no resolution and communication errors on every single person I have talked to. I’m spinning in circles trying to get my truck fixed.
Shad and Nick were great guys to work with. They didn't make me feel pressured. They worked with me to get the right price for me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase.
Just bought our 2nd car from NYE. Our salesman was great, but we're not 100% happy. I pointed out some brake issues, they took care of part of the issue. The day after delivery I called back. Got the run around for a few days only to finally be told I would have to pay half to fix the rest of the brake issue. I bought the parts and did the repair myself for less than what they quoted my half would be.
