If I could give less than one star I would. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in “attempting” to purchase a vehicle. I had a serious interest in one of their vehicles, I called several times over the course of a week. Each time, I was promised a call back, nothing, not one. Vehicle looks great in person! Price listed on car gurus is not the same price when you go to dealer. Total price out the door was 60k

This place met my expactations i called and made a appointed w juan polanco regarding a audi q3 that i saw on line, im very haphappy, i will recommend all my friends and family
Tried to charge me $3K extra in fees, and when I told him I saw their website price had it listed $1,000 lower, tried to tell me the CarGurus price was a better deal. Website clearly states financing or cash are options, but he said I had to finance to get even that $3k higher price! These guys are not professional by any means.
The salesmen tried to add unnecessary and exorbitant doc and prep fees ($995) to the price of the vehicle (a vehicle that was involved in a serious accident, which they were trying to sell at the national average price). When discussing the fine print of the ad found on CarGurus.com, the dealer tried to reference the fine print of a DIFFERENT vehicle. The dealership claims to sell "certified pre-owned vehicles", which is nonsense, because only authorized dealerships can do that (only an Audi dealership can sell Audi CPO cars... read more
