Kevin and Pamela were the two nicest people I met they were so patient and kind. Not pushy and very down to earth , NYC Motors is one of the best dealerships in the US. I came from Brooklyn all the way to the Bronx and it was the best decision I ever made. And the owner Lorenzo is an amazing guy thank you guys
Nice office and courteous staff but extremely shady practices. My recommendation is to stay away, by a mile. The car was exactly as described in the ad, clean and well maintained. The receptionist I spoke to, was very courteous and helpful, and so too were the gentlemen who helped us take the car out on the test drive. So far so good, but things were about to get interesting. Visited the price quoted wasn't really the price. The car gurus price was 12990 with a 1950 down payment required, What the dealership really meant was the price was 12990+ a 1950 down payment and you were also REQUIRED to buy their CPO warranty for 2495, making the actual price of the vehicle 17, 435.00. Very dishonest.

this is a gimmick. first of all the car is not black, then the key for some miracle reason is missing and finally the price that they advertise is false. This is a bait and switch. They also advertise it in other website less expensive. Be aware with this dealer
Contacted me promptly. We’re willing to work with me but I found another one.
Texted me to do a test drive, and when I stated that I was a remote buyer and would make a decision and travel to purchase, basically blew me off.
