I spoke to Jessica on the phone about the Bmw 535 she said it’s our for service when I had made an appointment I waited for 30 mins car came and I had told Jessica I wanted to pay cash will the price be the same she said yes but the dealer there said no cash price is $4k more and I just walked out it was a waste of my time

They took good care of us; the quickest way to lose my business is not engage my wife. The salesman actively engage her, answered all our questions and we bought the car. I think we got a fair deal and the entire team at nyc motor cars were great.
