Great customer service. Couldn’t have been more happy. I was shooting for the stars on my first option(Maserati). My credit wasn’t the best but Sam and Kevin were able to get me a great deal on my 2014 BMW 535xi. Sorry guys for so many questions. Had a bad experience at a few other dealers before I made the right choice. I will defenitly be back to purchase my next vehicle from here. Thanks again for all the help!!!!
They did a hard pull on my credit when I specifically asked if they were gonna do a hard pull and they said no. Also the internet price is around $5000 lower than what the actual price is with "dealer fees". Edit: Adam Cohen, I've seen your rude responses to other unsatisfied customers that have to deal with the predatory ways your dealership uses to scam people. These guys started making up a lot fees that don’t even Exist! Over $4000 in extra fees. I couldn’t believe it.

No need to visit this dealer if you are paying in cash, you will be offered a retail price which is more than 1/3 the advertised price. It is a franchise so all branches follow same way

Not very transparent with loan application and vehicle was missing handbook and extra key. Staff was pleasant and professional.
Very dishonest & full of lies they make the deal with me & finalize the price & check my credit & the next day sold the car to someone else by keep telling me that it’s has the transmission problem & they cannot sold the car
Be prepared to pay a $2500 dealership fee or in their words a $2500 "down payment to finance"
