We called nobody answered when we showed up they were supposed to be open but they were closed

Called several times to purchase BMW and they didn't call back until after the car was sold.
The manager Peter was extremely rude and very belittling. Fake price just to get you in...stay away unless you want to be insulted and be up sold.
I bought my first car from Bronx Auto, a BMW 328i XDrive. Exterior is Alpine white with peanut butter interior. First I wanted to say, I love my car. I also want to thank both Val and Ivonne. As soon as I walked in I was taking care of immediately. I am very pleased as well as impressed with both my car and Bronx Auto's customer service. The car looks great and i did receive a call and an email so their customer service is on point, but $2000 for dealship fees and taxes no way. Also no price negotiation kills almost every deal.

instead of the price, listed in add after 2 hours trip i found that the price is for financing with crazy interest rate. The actual price is $5,000 more than the one that was advertised. Do not waist your time.

As for the pricing of the vehicle, it is indeed the price advertised. We offer extended warranties that the customer might purchase at will (but the price for it is never 5k). They was really professional and they explained everything to me that I needed to know and they answered every question I asked.
