Okay as far as treatment, they were very nice. When I inquired about the car, five minutes later I got the call. When I went there, the sales guy was very nice. But that's where the positive stops. First, the car I wanted wasn't even there, it was in the "warehouse". But they had another Corolla there and I became interested. I looked at it, I turned it on, I almost took it for a test drive but I asked the guy, if I pay cash will you negotiate. We however move some cars faster then others and as a result inventory can be a little tough to predict.. we continue to do our best to remove sold cars as fast as they sell.. (sometimes it takes 24 hours for a car to be removed however) and for that we apologize. don't go here - complete waste of time and exceptionally unorganized. called four times to verify my appointment and that the car would be there. came all the way from CT and they didn't have it because the car was stored in a warehouse in Queens. not a positive experience whatsoever, don't waste your time
