If I could give them a ZERO, I would ! RIP OFF’S They tagged on an additional $4500 on top of internet price and they wouldn’t give me a monthy quote unless I put the car through my insurance and sign paperwork. Will not recommend NYC Bronx

Bad experience with this dealer, I called them about a Mazda CX-5 they said it’s available and I made sure to tell them I’m coming from 3 hours a way So get it ready in the morning, and when I get there they said it was sold last night and we have other ones like that just few thousand dollars more, They wasted My day and energy.
I set an appointment for 6:00 p.m. to check out a car in this dealership. When I went there I spoke with the front desk young lady which was very polite and told me that somebody will be right with me. The salesperson not wearing a mask, not polite, you didn't even say hi just gave me a piece of paper and told me to go sit. Then he told me that the price was 7 grand more than it was listed on the website online. We didn’t buy the car they had for sale but their representative was quick to respond and very helpful.
Very bad customer service, banged cars and when I put my deposit for something I thought was good, but never purchased it, they refused to give me back my deposit!! Very bad dealer!
There was no parking for the customers. The sale person I saw did a lot of talking. Save the small talk. I wanted to see the vehicle. The vehicle was 1/4 mile away from dealership. I was not able to sit inside the caror start it up and the driver didn't have the key.
