The price wasss higher than showed online by about $4,000 but they still treated me well, they treated my mother with respect also. The process was done smoothly, with me being in the car industry myself I say they did a good job with the sale. The internet price change happens at every dealership no matter where you go, it’s a part of promotion to bring in customers. I loveeeeee my car! And that’s what matters. Thank you guys so much once again!

Completely disorganized, they don't even know where the cars are, which lot, where are the keys etc. Just a long frantic experience. Then when we got dowon to numbers, $5,000 in fess are added, as follows: dealer fee: $995, down payment (price does not include it!): $1,995, certification fee $1,995. Optional warranty another $1,995, though that's optional. All in all: avoid

Friendly staff, but that's just the act. I went down there to see some number, I was trying to get a used 2020 nissan altima that was listed for 13,290. Make a long story short, my price I was quoted was at least 4,709 more than what was listed and that didn't include taxes and everything. So I took that information and thought about it. So then I said why is it so much before tax? What are the charges that I'm looking at? the rep brushed my question off and proceeded to talk about my down payment and that I would have to do... read more

One of the worst dealers I have ever seen in my life, they confirm a price over the phone and when you go to the office they show you another price of 3,000 or 4,000 dollars above the one you see on the internet page, plus the dealer fee of 2000 thousand dollars among other more added, are about ...

This is the shadiest car dealership. Talked to the man on the phone, and asked if there were any prices on top of the online listed price. He told me no, in exact words “what you see is what you pay” at this point I made the mistake in thinking it was worth the 3 hour ride to the place. Once I got there they didn’t even have the car. The guy on the phone even told me that it was a “beautiful car” obviously he has not seen this car. So they wasted my day and told me they would get it in tommorow. 3 days went by and they calle... read more

I wasted time going there. Those extra fees can run up really hight. First that price tag is based after putting down $1,995 amount of cash PLUS more fees. Went there and that $34,990, 2017 Benz E400 car ran up to abt 41k. Just the car. U have to add financing later.
