Another HUGE surprise of the vehicle "being just sold this morning" after I verified the vehicle was physically there just a couple of hours before coming in to test drive it. It seems these people have enough idiots who continue coming back after being lied to and wasting time, money and effort and still willing to spend money at these con artist's "business". Never again.
They call me to test drive the same they help me with everything i needed.
Went there and left w a newer better than expected. No to mention they work w me tremendously and i did not leave until I had new keys on my hand!!!
Terrible experience with sales rep , he lied about features about the car and very disrespected talking to us because we found out about lies and unprofessionalism .

I did not even see the car as promised. This dealer contacted me early evening Sunday to see the car the following morning. I showed up. An attendant acting he could care less after speaking to his manager plainly told me the car was sold the night before. That was Sunday evening when all offices private and public were all closed. Nice attempt for a switch and bait but a waste of my precious time.
Dirty car, some of the employees didn’t wear mask as and somehow they have $4,000+ in dealer fees that they like slap on at the end
I found this dealer and took the hr trip to go see the vehicle! The sales man was the only AMAZING person there. I spent hrs there as ended up asking management for 23 hrs and they ageeed. The next day I made my decision and reached out to the dealership to inform my salesman that k would be there in the afternoon to seal the deal.
