Horrible experience with this company. I spent $450 for an outside and inside detail and my car looks almost the same. There are still crumbs and spots all over the inside of my car. The crew that worked on my car swept trash out of my car and left it in my driveway for me to pick up. I called and sent pictures and was not given an agreeable solution. My Truck looks awesome! I have had this done less than a week and with all the pollen in the air it barely sticks to the truck. This will make washing my Chevy Dually easier as well. I highly recommend this service and NWA Mobil Detail were professional and I felt confident in my decision choosing this company.

Heavy cigarette smoke odor inside vehicle, detail guy’s performed ozone bomb and cleared the smoke smell out. Also performed a complete detail inside and out, very impressed, even my engine compartment. Highly recommended.

edit: to the companies credit, they did eventually contact me to resolve the issue, but only after the below review went up. Once on site, they argued with me that even though the manufacturer says not to use aqua gloss that way, it was fine because they dilute it more, rather than take responsibility for using a product off label. The floor mats were returned to the vehicle still wet on the bottoms.
