Plumber was pleasant in attitude but service was poor overall. I wasn't told until the plumber arrived that 'what I was asking for was a waste of time/money because it wasn't strictly a plumbing issue when I was seeking diagnosis for a malfunctioning dishwasher'. The plumber vacuumed the piping of the dishwasher and ran briefly, claiming the problem was solved. I ran the dishwasher for 20 minutes before it suddenly stopped mid cycle. I had a burst pipe emergency and this company came to the rescue. The plumber arrived quickly, isolated the problem, and repaired it efficiently. He was calm, professional, and very reassuring. The service was excellent and saved us from a big disaster.
