The worst lack of leadership I have ever encountered (truly unprofessional on every process) I would give no stars if possible, trusting them with processing your cargo is risky. The manager doesn't speak enough English to manage anyone. Once they got rid of English speaking employees, they are now seeking Mandarin speaking workers only (they have a blame culture looking at anyone to serve it to but themselves)
