Stay Away – They Don’t Honor Their Contracts We had a loft conversion done by Nuspace, which they subcontracted as they usually do. Initially, we were satisfied with the work, but a few weeks ago, we noticed a roof leak. When we reached out to the subcontractor, he informed us he no longer worked with Nuspace. I needed a form from them in respect of a conversion they did to show the Building REgulations were in place. They were really helpful
If I could give zero stars I would... this is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, Nicola is rude and extremely unprofessional as soon as the works are complete they don't want to know and anything that needs correcting the contractor doesn't come back to you. PLEASE DO NOT use this company go with a company that actually cares about their clients.
