Having had my sons car washed I arrived home to find that the lacquer had been washed off several areas of the car roof and top of tailgate. I tried to call several times to speak to someone re this, I also messaged via messenger to advise that I wasn’t happy and all messages have been read and ignored. Very good service for basic clean £6
Avoid if you value your car. Took my Audi RS5 in for a £35 valet — first and last time. I’m selling the car tomorrow, so wanted it spotless. When I returned, the car was already running and being parked up. On the drive home I noticed the key wasn’t seating properly in the ignition slot, hanging out instead of locking in as normal.
