I had a waxing appointment booked for 5:45 PM and arrived slightly early at 5:30. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed from the start. I wasn’t greeted or asked for my name—just quickly directed into the treatment room without any real acknowledgment. Once inside, I was told to put my things down and lie on the bed, but there was no effort to make me feel comfortable or explain the process. I get my back wax here. Very good. No need to book. They fight against the idea of all small massage units but they are purely beauty and waxing. Very well priced.
