Was perfect room was nice n big with updated furniture flat screen tv n we had a great view of the mountains I think we had one of the newly remodel room n u get free parking n valet parking worth it

The room's in the West Tower are remodeled I was very surprised but they didn't remodel the bathrooms? Service was good and the food was good this was my favorite place to stay when John was running it but the last couple of years it was run down I will stay here again if the price is good.

Low rating refers to Rosie's Café. The food was awful and the staff was miserable both in service and attitude. Obvious that there is VERY poor management for so many things to be so bad. Not sure what happened. Was awesome the last time I ate there, but that was quite a while back. Last $30 they will get from me. Will not return.

El lugar esta lindo, pero el servicio es pesimo, la gente es muy grocera, los servicios del restaurante pesimo dos horas para servirnos, perdieron la comanda de nuestro desayuno, el chef nos agredió del restaurante Rossy caffe, pedimos tres mimosas y la tercera nos la teajeron abierta la botella, media hora para traer la cuenta, nunca nos mandaron al boton para recojer las maletas, dejamos una bolsa de medicinas en el mostrador y jamas las reportaron, la gente muy despota!, por el lugar si regresaria por la gente que lo atie... read more

I'm not usually one to say anything bad but I feel I need to share my experience here. My wife and I booked a room on our anniversary but had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a resort here in Reno. The Nugget did an outstanding job hosting over 1,450 participants at the Society for Range Management Annual Meeting. A plated luncheon for 1,000 went off smoothly, as well as a Trade Show, poster sessions, socials, dance, concert, career fair, and countless meetings and presentations. Special thanks to Joseph, Randy, Erick, and Gary for your exceptional service.
