Had a great time... good stay.... check out? Not so much. Be prepared for all the hidden charges, out of town tax?? Really? Resort fees, ext. Kind of pathetic to charge these prices then when you check out, get stuck for $90 extra.

we stayed in the east tower 21st floor facing interstate 80 interstate noise was intense! the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed. It was a nice room, very clean great furnishings! several time during the night someone from the next room was shaking the door that joins the two rooms!! thank god our side was locked! we ate at Rosies Cafe, great food a lot of food and great service! we would stay again but would have to have a room that does not face north!

The room was fine. Stayed in the newly remodeled tower. The service in the gaming room was awful. I had to go to the bar several times to get my own drink as either the waitresses weren't coming by or forgot to bring my drink after I ordered. The Valet was HORRIBLE. I waited AN HOUR for my car when there wasn't even very many people there. When I asked about it they kept saying it's coming, it's next ... Finally when I asked where the lot was I would just go get it myself somebody seemed to find my key in the valet check out... read more

Waited at the Valet desk for several minutes before the attendant finally looked up from playing on his phone to acknowledge me and then waited even longer for my car to be pulled around. I was hoping for a better customer service.

Did not get no sleep ! People next to meet kept slamming door all night going n and out like tweakers every 15-20 mins . Rob drain was clogged . A/c did not seem to work . I doubt I will stay again .

Had the $35 easter buffet . The early one and everything was cold ! Terrible. You know it’s bad when potatoes are cold!! Service bad, hard to get water in the table ... what a rip off
