Nugget was still going through renovations , always stay there because I get really good affordable deals the pool was great however, the hot tub was out of service the four days I was there a little disappointing but other than that people were friendly, room was nice and clean , no holes in curtains or sheets I don't really like the way their go green credit works I think they should give you a ten dollar voucher to use for your purchases instead , you get charged full price and at check out you get the credit it doesn't r... read more

Everything has been really great, except when we needed help with a machine we could not get very quick response. Luckily there were some guys working on some of the machines and they called for help. Thanks Steve.

The property has gone down hill since John Ascuaga sold. We stayed last night. Room remodels are nice but the pool was very dirty. Two guys drinking huge beers in the pool and being very disruptive but the pool attendant said nothing. Hot tub out of service. I played slots last night for more than an hour without ever seeing a cocktail waitress.

I will never give them one more cent of my money. Their housekeeping is terrible, their customer service is even worse. We have stayed there several times over the past couple years because it has been the host hotel for the event we attend. Every time we have had a poor experience. After our last visit, we have had enough. I prefer to support a host hotel, but as long as it is The Nugget, we will be staying somewhere else.

It was our first time at Nugget. We were very Impressed such a beautiful hotel casino resort . The rooms AWSOME , we had the Sunday buffet brunch it was by far the most delicious buffet we have ever had. We would highly recommend Nugget Casino Resort. We can't wait to come back. John and Margaret Jeffreys 😍

We normally like the Nugget but today it Sucked. The air conditioners in the rooms don't work, the ice machine in every floor doesn't work, the vending machines don't spit out cold soda and the valet was simply ridiculous, we waited for our car for over an hour for them to bring out. And Paul from valet was extremely rude
