Brand new outdoor concert arena. Not a great choice with the heat so I will avoid concerts in June through September...lol

I am having such a difficult time trying to sleep with the railroad work going on right next to my room. If I would have known, I would have requested a room on the opposite side. It sounds like they are next to my window doing construction.

Asked for a non smoking room. My room reeked of pot because the people in the room connected to mine were smoking heavily in their room. Called the front desk, was put on hold and then hung up on. Asked not to be put on hold the second time i called and was told I would have to come down to the front desk because they didn't have enough staff to move me to a different room and bring me a new room key. How do you mess up a Thanksgiving buffet ? Cold food, taste like packaged frozen dinner. No prime rib and a strip steak replacement that was raw in the center. Baldinis or Denny's would have been better and hot when served. $136 plus tip for the poor server that was apologetic ( not his fault ) We got ripped off and insulted on a day we hoped would be a nice family get together. You will love the service They treat you like your family from the bellhops all the way to the valet service .the room was very clean and if we need it something that would more than happy to get it for us very quickly. Even the house cleaning lady was very nice and very accommodating when we asked her to come back and clean her room later. Only thing the buffet needs a little help The menu is a little outdated but is a still clean buffet and the service was good.

Will not be coming back. The dust and dirt in the room was unacceptable. The thin windows let cold air and loud noises in through the night. Don’t bother coming here.
