Paying $400 plus for a suite from the 1980's. Stains all over the throw on the end of the bed the dust ruffles. Never lift the cushions in this hotel room. Rm 2151...just say "no!"

Terrible service and rude people. From check in to room then to go to deli and get a hot dog was over 3 hrs. Never again will I stay here THE WORST!!!!

Beds hard as the ground. Check in staff did not give directions to room, parking, nothing. No hotel/ casino info in rooms (maps, where things are located). Outdated rooms and we will never stay here again! I've stayed in motel 6 that had better rooms.

Good management sucks. They actually hung up on me when trying to place a food order. I will not be spending another dime in this establishment! Oh and the food sucks also

I have had the worst hotel experience in my life here at the nugget, first off we waited in line to get checked in for over an hour, the rooms are not nice, the beds are harder than rocks. I have had a better bed at a $39.00 motel 6. The customer service at there cafe was horrible and the food was terrible. Will NEVER stay here again. Will go to the Atlantis where I get treated with respect and it's worth the$.
