I'm calling the Health Department! I'm a Reno Native and have never had such a terrible disgusting experience in my life at a hotel. We were booked they gave us a room on the 4th floor of the east wing. There was towels soaking up dog urine in the hall That was absolutely covered in dog urine. We contacted the hotel and the booking company hotels tonight they wouldn't refund us our money neither would the nugget. We're were forced to stay in unsanitary conditions. Girlfriend and I decided to go to sit in hot tub before it closed Saturday night and it was not up to par. The jets just shot water up like a broken sprinkler instead of forward. Water temp was more like lukewarm bath water and the icing on the cake was they started running COLD water into it while we along with at least 5 other people were still sitting in there.

Bad!!! I was really impressed with my first impression of the Hotel.....but then less than 5 hours into my stay someone broke into my room and took my iPad!!!!! This is really scary to think someone can gain access to my room within 5 hours of checking in. No stars for the safety in this Hotel. Giving 1 star because I am not able to give ZERO STARS!!

Our room in the east tower on the 26th floor was great. Everything worked perfectly and we had a beautiful view. The bed was comfy, the linens on the bed and in the bathroom were very nice. It was clean and quiet. Every staff member we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The buffet in the "rotisserie" was AMAZING. The live band in "gilley's" was great. We don't gamble at all and yet we still had a great time and loved the hotel. We're already planning a return trip. Thanks so much!!!

Great rates...best value...nice staff..clean tiddy rooms...I would recommend this place to everyone..!

We came here about 5 times a year. .. everything is 5 star,the buffete,starbucks,the pool and pool staff are awesome. The only thing I would change is coming here 8 or 9 times a year instead of 5 ;)
