Terrible , the pool was cold, the atrium was cold, checking out and valet over an hour . We won't be back.
This my first and last time staying here. Our beds and sheets were all dirty, call house keeping and they never showed up. We were ready to check out and go to a different hotel but there was none available. We call front desk to move us To a different room and they were so rude when I told them why. I had never had such of bad experiences with customer service in any other hotels. Next time I rather stay at motel6. At $475 for two nites I regret very much staying here but not for the price but for the bad service.

Fun place to stay. Loved the view and the room was really nice.
Husband and I stayed here a week. Had a blast! The room was perfect on the 22nd floor, corner room so we got 2 Windows over looking the beautiful mountains. Every night it was nice to come to a freshly cleaned room with all our personal item's still in place. All the staff was friendly and happy to help. Rosies was our go to, to eat. The food was delicious and was a great price. The gaming is great, and didn't disappoint. We are already talking about our next trip! Thank you to the Nugget, for our wonderful vacation!
It kinda sucked..my remote didn't work..and the pool was closed, though I was told it would be open in the morning when I checked in, it was not..was promised a refund, but it has not gone through yet..
Kinda like finding a diamond :) This place has it all. Great service, awesome food, rooms were clean and roomy, fantastic view!! Played some Bingo and slots, we had a great time!! I would recommend The Nugget to anyone :) See you next month :)
Shuttle sucks,valet rude,toilet ran all night,bar drinks are weak.....not a good experience
