I took me and my kids there this weekend and we had a great time. The pool was great the hot tub was relaxing and our room was very nice. The cafe had excellent food, would like to have had a bigger soda for the price I paid. The only draw back was the arcade wad closed both days we were there so we went to the peppermill. Sorry, the staff was nice and I park my own car so I didn't worry about that
I was put in the Executive Suite on the 28th floor because of a horrible experience last year when there was no hot water for the whole day... the Executive Suite has a TV in the bathroom and you get two robes LOL the only thing I wish is if they could have a microwave maybe not in every room but at least on each floor by the ice machine so people can warm their stuff up that would really help especially when we have lots of children and we need something warmed quickly ! We only come here because the kids love the pool
Most of the staff and management are really rude. They was kind of racist too.

It's a very nice place very clean, A little dated but it had everything I needed. Everyone here is very helpful and very friendly.
Like a previous commenter said, the carpet is in need of replacing to maintain a "nice casino standard". The room was very nice and clean otherwise. The view sucked. No mini fridge though. And as usual EVERYTHING is expensive as heck in the casino area. Now the check in process was horrible. They had 2 people working the counter and the line just kept getting bigger and bigger. Otherwise not a bad place to stay at.
Es un lugar muy elegante , buen servicio , y muy cómodo, asta para los niños es muy divertido ..
I love this Hotel and the staff! Rosie's Cafe rocks, Bloody Mary Bar, Indoor pool, Gym and arcade works for my son and I.
