I'm calling the Health Department! I'm a Reno Native and have never had such a terrible disgusting experience in my life at a hotel. We were booked they gave us a room on the 4th floor of the east wing. There was towels soaking up dog urine in the hall That was absolutely covered in dog urine. We contacted the hotel and the booking company hotels tonight they wouldn't refund us our money neither would the nugget. We're were forced to stay in unsanitary conditions. Just spent 57 minutes in your parking garage. Geez!!! Please have someone man the front entrance saying the garage is full. Not cool!!!

Do not stay. I had actual poop in my sheets absolutely disgusting and they lie. Was told I would have comp waiting for me, ya right had to beg and still didn't get anything. Just avoid them plenty of respectable places in sparks that respect there guests.

Well when it's 20 degrees outside, you really want a heater that works in your room. Called twice for repair and needless to say all the fan did was blow cool air and was super noisy. Slept in long johns. Very romantic!! Upon checkout they offered our upgraded room charge back and some other bogus fees returned. Well, I guess breakfast at least is on them. Happy New year.....

My family and I have made this our home for many different occasions over the past 10+ years. This year's NYE trip was a blast! Rooms were clean, everyone had a great time gambling, almost everyone won, cocktail waitresses were on point, and the NYE party was a blast! The only thing I always joke about is changing the room service menu, it's been the same for 10 years, lol! Thank you as always!
