My family and I stayed here on Christmas day and our rooms smelled so much like cigarettes, even though we reserved several rooms in the non-smoking, we wanted to check out as soon as we got there...we're never coming to this hotel again. The front desk was friendly.

Been in customer service myself for over 36 years and a nugget customer for over 10 years. When I make a simple request at a restaurant I would expect that my server would be open to honoring it versus telling me that they can't do it. I hope the new ownership will empower their employees to do what's right for a customer and not upset a customer over a very simple request.

They advertise that they are Pet Friendly but when we tried to book a room they say they are not! Their website says Pet Friendly. You get ONE star because you are too damn lazy to update your website to reflect you DO NOT TAKE PETS..you need to specify Service Dogs only. Which technically, YOU HAVE TO ALLOW...so just take the word "PET" off your site!
