Great hotel, great employees, trader dick's and oyster bar are the best. The bar by the cabaret and trader dick's have great bartenders. The casino is nice but old feeling. Rooms are great!!

The parking situation is awful for Labor Day Weekend...it doesn't matter that you have 3 different rooms traveling in one car with each room costing $170 or more/night. They do not guarantee you a parking spot. You will also pay a resort fee that include valet and you will be denied entrance through valet...HORRIBLE!

Gilley's Thanks for bringing the band American Made back to Reno.They are great. Hope to see them again at Gilley's.

The nugget is a great place. Has AWESOME shows, like the recent show TASSLE. The service is excellent the people are friendly and always willing to help. Also, go to the GILLEY'S that is there, great country fun.

We stayed overnight in east tower i had 2 rooms service was great had no problems with anything Rosie cafe was good food nice and hot they even cooked to pizzas for my kids at 1 in morning even though they was not serving that cause ovens was off at that time and on check out bell hop came on time everytbing was great we will stay there again.

We like to eat at the Oyster Bar. And actually sit at the bar so we can watch the nice ladies prepare are food.

It was a nicely remodeled room, but the bed seemed hard and cheap (but I loved the pillows!) The elevator lost lights and was acting odd--scaring many people--and staff just taped the entry door off. The room was clean, and housekeeping staff were considerate and helpful. But...to get my room assignment, I was in line for 40 minutes! The distance from the parking garage to room was excessive in the West Tower. Conference area was clean and roomy. Two restaurants were being remodeled, which limited eating choices on site. Last year we stayed here we were on the east side and it was beautiful over there. This time they put us on the west side. The carpeting is filthy the wallpaper is peeling our view is a train yard. We are not happy
