Do not stay. I had actual poop in my sheets absolutely disgusting and they lie. Was told I would have comp waiting for me, ya right had to beg and still didn't get anything. Just avoid them plenty of respectable places in sparks that respect there guests.

Stayed here many times over the years and still love this place ...xlg rooms check in personal a very cordialement and go out of your ways to meet your accommodations that you wish

High Desert Steam held their convention here and we had a wonderful time. The bartenders at the Time Travelers Ball were phenomenal!

The room was clean & very comfy The pool was absolutely wonderful! The slots were alot of fun. My kids loved the arcade better than circus circus. The waitress at Rosies was great our food was cold when we got it Overall we had a really good time!

The whole west wing has no heat, never told until the 4th time calling down and housekeeping informed us.

9/24/2016 went to Rosie's Cafe for brunch 11:00 am and waited 1 hour for our breakfast. We had to catch a waiter to get water and coffee. It was like we were invisible. We are locals who have come to the nugget for decades. Worst customer service ever.

Currently a guest and incredibly disappointed! Somehow we ended up in a room that has been smoked in like a freight train. We always make sure we ask for non-smoking. However, we got in late and we were too tried to care. The rooms are incredibly dated and not very clean. We have been gone since 5:30am this morning and getting back now and our room has not even been serviced and doubt it will. The positive is that it's close to the airport and cheaper. That's it. I always enjoy, my stay at the Nugget. The kids like that the pool is open all year round, because its indoors. I always go to the Oyster Bar for my oysters and Clam Chowder.
