Can I get lower than one star ? Waiting in line for hours to check-in is not acceptable. Who the heck is the shift manager and who trained that guy ?!

The Nugget is a first class resort and their staff was nothing but professional and responsive. I would host another event here in a second.

Girlfriend and I decided to go to sit in hot tub before it closed Saturday night and it was not up to par. The jets just shot water up like a broken sprinkler instead of forward. Water temp was more like lukewarm bath water and the icing on the cake was they started running COLD water into it while we along with at least 5 other people were still sitting in there.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and professional. I thought the over all cleanliness could have been a little better, the casino had a nasty smell to it not just from the smoking just in general. That was our only issue. Everything else was great! Food was really cheap and surprisingly really delicious!

Bad!!! I was really impressed with my first impression of the Hotel.....but then less than 5 hours into my stay someone broke into my room and took my iPad!!!!! This is really scary to think someone can gain access to my room within 5 hours of checking in. No stars for the safety in this Hotel. Giving 1 star because I am not able to give ZERO STARS!!

Out dated rooms and HARD beds. There were also only 2 people checking us in and a huge line. Very disappointed.

We came here about 5 times a year. .. everything is 5 star,the buffete,starbucks,the pool and pool staff are awesome. The only thing I would change is coming here 8 or 9 times a year instead of 5 ;)
