If I could give them no stars on here I would! I have always loved going to the nugget while I was growing up. After this last stay, I will never stay there again! Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and they did nothing to compensate for anything. In fact all they did was move my rooms a hand full of times and ignore me! Their costumer service Is crap, The rooms are unsafe, and they can't seem to get anything right the first time around. If you are thinking of staying here I would think again!

The slots are not as loose as the California indian casinos, I did alright & had fun:)))

Had a very nice 5 days and a beautiful Christmas buffet lunch- dinner.

Employees were very polite and helpful. They booked us into the wrong room, had to go back down 17 floors with my newborn to get my correct room. Room wasn't very clean, stains on the ceiling and everything was covered in a good layer of dust. It's average, not terrible for the price.

We have stayed here twice in the past two weeks and our rooms in the west tower have been extremely nice and clean. We have had no complaints!!

Had a great time my wife and I will definitely be staying here again food is great reasonably priced and the staff were very inviting

Got this room from Priceline; paid extra for King bed with MTN View.... got dirty dusty room, no view, and 2 queen beds. Asked nicely, got treated like dirt. No choice but to stay. They won't get one more red cent from me... oh, they also hit your credit card for another $100.00 and floot the money for a week! Buyer beware! Not a good place! 1-13-2016, 26th floor!

Certainly not a four star. Not even a fridge in the room. They charge $10 a night if you want one. TV is snowy like we are in the 50's and internet WIFI is horrible. Room clean enough and I would recommend Rosie's for the fried chicken. Wait staff at Rosie's is excellent. Front desk leaves a lot to be desired. We're stuck since we paid for 3 nights but we won't come back.
