We stayed just for the night on the executive level which was nice. Everything we used worked fine but we were originally put on the west wing that looks like a bedroom from back in the 50's with an over powering smell of cigarette smoke. Everything outdated. I'd stay in the executive level again but I don't trust any other wing.
Good place to go to if you are looking to get mugged or robbed.
Horribly understaffed!!! Took an hour to check in!!! 40 minutes to check out. The toliet in the room needed to be fixed,did not flush properly. for a $106.00 I will not be returning.
I worked here tonight and made a good living ..the tips were good, they fed us well with paid lunch and Ryan and Daniel R the bomb with spicy aioli sriracha sauce and bacon lmao
Stayed here several years ago and it looks the same. It's really hot wherever you go in the hotel. The decor is outdated, the restaurants are mediocre at best. The only plus is the indoor pool but was mobbed with kids and it was cold when you got out. Do yourself a favor if you have kids spend a few extra dollars and stay at the Grand Sierra.
Love this place. Rooms are great and the food is excellent.
I was hesitant at first because of the negative reviews,but this hotel turned out to be a great place to stay. I booked directly through their site and was given a nice room with a fantastic view of DT Reno,the mountains and Interstate 80. Fantastic Wi-Fi and Starbucks on the premises,as well as an awesome year round pool. I would have given 5 stars,but I sorta had to "fight" for my $10 dining credit and the shuttles should offer services to places other than the airport.
