Sólo estuve en uno de sus salones de convención, pero fue una experiencia muy agradable, siempre tuvimos atendidos a pesar de que eramos 5000 personas, no hubo ningún invonvendiente, excelente servicio

I loved about the Nugget that they let the Note Ables to use the stage and use the green room and we had lots of fun and we felt like stars for one night thank you Nugget Casino Resort and I did walked up to see the swiming pool it's beautiful wow

worst place to stay...ever! Customer service is a joke they yell at children! Discriminated against my son because he's handicapped. He's 6...Rooms very dirty and smelled real bad. have over 100 in holds on credit card that they have extended for another month! Don't stay here . Management says one thing does another. Actually every employee in every area was in a grouchy mood.

We discovered the Rotisserie buffet by accident and throughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner. The line moved fast and service was excellent. Great price for the holiday dinner.

HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone here makes you feel like you're bothering them... The staff is extremely rude. The room is like a sauna, with a worthless "a/c" that blows warm air and exhaust vent is back IN to the room... My wife and I stayed here because this was my grandparent's favorite hotel, back in the day... it's safe to say that the quality has gone out the window here. We will NEVER stay here again.

MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOUND A PILL ON THE FLOOR IN OUR ROOM I TOOK IT TO THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AN THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL.

Staying in Reno means The Nugget. It is a dated casino, but we love it. It has history and it's just our tradition. Never had a bad experience. Would be nice if the rooms had small fridge, but I get it. Use the in house facilities.

My family has stayed here sooo often. The service is great. The rooms are clean. What more can u ask for! Thank u Nugget Casino for giving my family so many great weekends.
