Great size comfortable room. Staff was nice as well as helpful. I had a nice evening. Very quite hotel. Will stay here again.
We were checking in to our room and there was another couple in the same room already. Wtf... we got another room on the other side of the hotel and our side of our window was a junk yard and a train station a large industry park and trains ran all night and couldn't freaking sleep...the buffet was a joke too paid for something that was sutch a disappointed experience in their food I should have ordered a pizza. Made a reservation online and nothing on my receipt said I had to pay a $100 deposit for my room. The people at the front desk never said anything about the $10 payment when checking out they didn't even tell us when checkout was I had to look on my online receipt for checkout time which was in fine print. The paper they never went over the paperwork I had to sign. To top it all off the man at checkout was rude.
Buffet is a total waste of money! And the whole place stinks and is dirty. Staff not very friendly at all. Will not be going back.
worst swrvice i ever experienced consistent from valet parking failures to no cap and bad dinner services, super loud at night and disgusting interior design. worth not even 20% of the price they ask for
