I went for the rib cook off. Had a great time with family. It was so hot that we went inside to gamble and cool off. I asked the cocktail server for a water. She had 3 on her tray and didn't give me one. I figured she would come back with one and those were already promised to another. I see her come back 3 still on tray,i take out a $1 for a tip and she passes me up. Then i ask her AGAIN if i can get a water. She stared at me then walked away WTF. The room was huge, beautiful., and the bed was so comfortable, We stay just one night before drive to Las Vegas very good stay..

Great place to stay. Ignore other reviews where they complain about the behaviour of other guests and blame the hotel. They can't police guest behaviours. Rooms are incredible. Room Service is a unique concept like a take out from restaurant. Great stuff.

Staying on the 15th floor and it sounds like the freeway is coming through the room, food in the restaurants quality is less than that of McDonald's. Called front desk to see if there was something they could do for me, was treated very rudely. Never will I ever stay at this place again.

This was my first time here but we loved it. It's very clean and doesn't have a dirty/smoke smell we will definitely be back

Wish I would have listen to everyone and saved my money and stay somewhere else. After having a good experience last time I ignored everyone. But geez this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was dirty, the bed was rock hard and lumpy. The room was not how advertised when booked. When I went to see about getting moved the manger talked down to me, was very rude, and was not apologize at all. He basically tried blaming me for it.
