Was woke up at midnight for a noise complaint when it was the people across the hall. When I made a complaint to Clinton at the front desk, it was apparent that the nugget doesn’t train their people in customer service. Rather than apologizing for a mix up, he blames the security team, asked why I was talking to him, and even made sarcastic comments. He’s the reason why I’ll never stay there and this review exists.

It should not take over an hour to get your car from valet this is ridiculous. Ask for manager and don't get one all you get is smart ass remarks from anyone don't even know why I gamble here and I'm a 18k member

The worst meal ever ,got the Maine lobster,it was LIKE rubber ,sent it back ,they had the nerve to re heat it ,my friend ordered the prime rib med rare ,it was blue, HAVE eaten there over 40 years ,just cannot believe it has gone so far downhill.Oh and I hope you like cigarette smoke,the ventilation system is horrible,and as others have said ,long wait for the elevators and our stay was on a slow weekend, Do yourself a favor ,STAY AT THE PEPPERMILL ,two weeks ago we did ,it was a solid 10.

VERY comfortable king-sized bed in a generously sized room. Dinner at Rosie's was mediocre. The advertised room price was VERY reasonable....until we checked in and were told of an additional $20 "resort fee". The hidden cost felt like a rip-off on what was otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here two different nights on each end of #SpringBreak2018. Each night was great. Second night a child vomited in our room. A call to see about renting a different room which resulted in a new room. At no charge! Every time we find ourselves in Reno/Sparks you can bet we'll be staying at the Nugget!
