The staff I had to deal with was nice. All I needed was directions to the ballroom where Dwight Yokham was playing. I also asked about the Nugget selling tickets like they don't do anymore. But again, the person was nice and if I knew the person's name, I'd post it
The hotel booked several events, but left us guests staying in the hotel without parking. Who wants to wait an hour for valet? The managers only response was valet or to park a few blocks away.
Remodeled room was nice. Good room rate for New Year's Eve as opposed to downtown Reno rates. Food at Oyster Bar is terrible. 😕 Other than that, we will definitely stay again. Look forward to seeing what outdoor concerts they have in summer.

We enjoyed clean ,spacious rooms friendly staff, there's arcade for kids and indoor pool and spa were great and clean.

We just stayed there this past weekend while we were on our honeymoon. Everyone was so nice. The one complaint I have..and it's a biggie! My husband and I were in our room doing what honeymooners do and the hiusekeeper just opened the door without knocking she got a full frontal view of my husband. We hadn't put the do not disturb sign up yet because it was just about 9am. We didn't think they started that early, and we weren't checking out until the next day.
