Restroom piping smelled real bad. Toilet kept running in our friends room all night long. Other than that it's fine. Rooms is big, USB charging was nice.

This casino has gone down hill quickly since being sold. They blatantly discriminate based on race and have the worst customer service ever. There are way too many other casinos in town who have fabulous rewards programs and truly appreciate your business. I recommend anyone who wants value for their money and would like to actually enjoy their time gambling, swimming or spending time with friends and family go elsewhere. GSR is one that has great rewards and offers to shows quite often without having to jump through hopes o... read more

The food is great, the room was nice, check in was easy. Only draw back is we couldn’t sleep from the loud vibration of pipes and other guests being loud. Maybe it’s just the 17th floor, idk. I’ll stay again for sure. Maybe next time the buffet can stay open longer than 9pm.

First time to go to a concert here (Charlie Daniels). Now we know: don’t go expecting to eat first. All restaurants are understaffed. Hostesses disappear for long periods of time only to hear “we’re on a wait. At least one hour.” We settled on the Noodle place. Finally got egg rolls. Had to leave as the fried rice never came. After an hour. Next time will stop at a drive thru and take it in. Concert was excellent.

It seems like every time we come here they are short staffed everywhere. The theme of the whole hotel is SLOW!! Valet, painfully slow, service at Rosie’s extremely slow, Starbucks slow and rude! I’m not sure why they are always understaffed, is it just a horrible place to work or they just don’t want to pay to properly staff the place. I do have to say generally most of the limited staff they have are trying and friendly. Hire more people please, there is a lot of competition in the area and you guys are not doing as well

The room was small, dirty with someone else’s hair everywhere, loud noises from the toilet plumbing and we had to keep the tv on all night just to drown out the noise from the other rooms and hallway. Not worth the almost $200 for the room for one night and I will not be recommending/staying again!!!!!! 1/4 star out of 10 and that’s just because my kids enjoyed the pool. Arcade was super weak and very outdated.
