Check in was a horror with 2 desk clerks, one of which was held up. Signage needs updating. Not enough staff. Kids running up and down stairs by the pool. Only plus was bedding. This hotel could use some help.
Be very careful staying here! Valet ransacked our truck and stole stuff out of it! They are not claiming responsibility except whoops we left it unlocked. It was way too controlled to be someone just getting lucky with unlocked car! Human resource managers are being pretty rude about it also...
I have been taking care of my mother for the last 7 months. She finally passed away after a long battle with cancer. A true warrior. I needed a getaway and my husband decided to have us head to Reno. We booked a weeks stay at the Nugget and since we arrived our stay has been wonderful. Great food, wonderful clean rooms and the help has been excellent. I would recommend this place for sure. 5☆'s

it's not bad. I will go back. I started as broze and when I left now I'm gold.
Needs more customer service. Food was average for a casino. Loved my hostess. No rooms available must be a happening place to stay. Gambling was ok needed help and the slot person stood by to help. On a scale 1 to 10 I would say 5
Had a great getaway weekend with friends, Had lots of fun, food was great and the service was excellent! Will stay at the Nugget every time!! 😊
We love the pool it’s alway the best for the kids
