We stayed June 22, 2018, And we will never stay here again. First off my son got a rash from URINE in the pool, it took us 4 hours to finally get the bell desk to park my car at 11:30 at night, after driving around the resort for two hours because there was no parking even thought we spent $200 for a room for the night. When we explained this to the manager and showed him the rash, he acted like it was no big deal for everything we just went through to stay. NEVER, EVER again. DIRTY URINE POOL

Michael at the Craps Table is the absolute best!!!! Very helpful, kind and funny~has a lot of experience and knows how to play the game & always willing to teach it to anyone that's new. He has great stories he shares & a fantastic sense of humor! What a great guy!!!

The staff here is terrible "Sam, Sierra & Jocelyn" were either rude or extremely unhelpful in any regards. Do not book a place here based on that and the fact this place is run down and looks like it's probably close to the end of its economic life. I wish I would have read the reviews over taking a recommendation from a friend in Vegas that is head of surveillance. He now knows that needs to stop. The non smoking policy is NOT enforced. Weed smoke is wafting in from the next room and the front desk and security won’t do a thing to up hold their own rules.

I am giving this a 5 because our room was lovely, clean & comfortable. They were having electrical issues apparently right before we arrived.... the tv in our room was rebooting & the clock was blinking. At 11:30 pm it went off again for about an hour.... they didn’t know why it was happening, but were working to resolve the issue. The dinner buffet was wonderful. Everything was fresh & delicious. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are comfortable except the shower drainage is clogged and hair dryer seems like it has never been cleaned

So far better rooms better service than a hotel in Las Vegas that begins with an A
