Great concert, seating was too Fucking Close, huge fat man next to me his fat wife next to him, good lord I've never been so glad to have a concert that rocked soo good that everybody stood up for the entire show, I was sure they should have bought three tickets, instead of squishing poor little me!

The family stayed here for one night to watch the Air Supply Concert. The hotel itself is clean and the grand ballroom was perfect for the concert. Our room is very spacious, very clean, and had an amazing view on the 27th floor . The decor is good enough for my taste, but could have done it better. The bed is comfy and the AC/Heater temp was perfect. I love the Atrium pool and it is huge!!!LOVE IT!! The only complaint I have was the check-in. A ton of smoke but I guess you expect that from a casino in Reno. David at the front counter was kind of a jerk and very pushy. Typical motel stay. Not refrigerator in our double queen room but a decent view for a decent price.

Remodling right now, I say it is badly in need of it. Don't valet park. 1:00 it took almost an hour to get our car. No excuses for it. Hostess at the cafe was rude and uninviting. Won't be back until the new owners get their act together!!!

The hotel rooms themselves are nice, but the food is marginal at best and the customer service is the worst I've seen. I finally reached a resolution with them on my reservation they had no record of even though I had a confirmation email, but it took going through numerous people and an hour and a half in the lobby. Not impressed and would never stay there again.

They need better customer service skills an get rid of all the rude employees they have.and also have health inspection check out the restaurants inside the casino.i recently found a cockroach inside my food.all the staff was rude
