Please please bring back the ORIGINAL strawberry shortcake. We were so excited that it was back only to be severely disappointed that it wasn't even close to the original. We had it in the Oyster bar. It used to be the BEST strawberry shortcake ever!:(

The a.c. is not working room nOt clean ice machines don't work on several floors Time to get a community microwave for this century.

Nugget..was very easy to park..in Ramp...easy to find.area..of concert...and spacious moving around...I"'ll be back again soon!!

We are staying at the Nugget hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms have no safes or frigerators. The carpet is stained, the sheets have holes in them and you can see how well they make the bed tucking the bottom sheet in. Our room is right over Interstate 80 so the traffic noise is so bad we had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. The hotel is not close to anything walkable. having hot water for a shower would have been nice. getting a refund would have been nice also.

Of course, Dwight Yoakam topped the list! a little less smokey than others I've been in. while dinner was slow, as expected on a concert night, they were courteous and the food was good.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service to guests, little to no breakfast options, and the few options you have are pitiful in either putting out their product, or serving you.

Rooms are fine, customer service, hotel policy and practice are ridiculous. Extra fees for this that and the other that you can't use because they are closed, resort fees are paid to keep them open and usable. Cable didn't work half the time, tv fuzzy the rest of the time. And if you have 4 people checked in a room, 4 towels and coffee pods would be good.
