I bought and paid for a room with a credit card online for my other half, who's standing in the lobby, needing a room for the evening. Only to be told that scanning the actual credit card would be the only way to get him that room. Oh, if I had a fax machine I could fax a authorization form. What normal person has one in house?!? He offered to pay $500 cash for the deposit and was still turned away. Which wasn't charged to my card, unbeknownst to me. Why isn't the deposit charged too? Good place to gamble and friendly staff! Rooms are nice!
The shower drainage sucks major rocks!!!!! You are basically standing in you dirty water, we complained and was told we would have to pay more to get transferred to another room. Which is ridiculous! We complained again and finally got a room transfer. But now our new room has the same issue. This is disgusting. When we first arrived all I wanted so desperately was a shower and a nap. After 5 days of driving and camping ⛺️ And this is what we have to deal with. I am highly upset with my experience and will never stay at this... read more
Great food and great service
rooms were good, pool was great, slots were ok, food was average but drinks are the worst.... we get the worst margarita we ever had...watery and tasteless�
The valets stole items from the car. Most things can be replaced yes, but one item that was stolen was a camera that was hidden in a bag underneather other bags, that had pictures of family that live in California. Unless they dug through every bag and took what they wanted. Yes things can be replaced. Pictures can not. DO NOT use the valet. Also front desk didn't seem to care. Not even worth being here. Stayed the weekend and it was very fun and all the dealers were very Friendly.
