I was there in April 2017 and every night construction and the traintrack was going all night long... 5 days of crap nobody was helpful. Rosies cafe cooked us powdered eggs .... I'M Done with this place

Please absolutely do not stay here! They advertise one of their amenities as their beautiful pool, however it is not safe. My husband and I were visiting from D.C. and used their pool, and the key card access to the changing rooms my husband used were not functioning. Subsequently, he was pick pocketed in a supposedly secure area and the Nugget did absolutely nothing to make it right, said they were not responsible. Never on my life thought of stayin there but I give it a try and we love it it was nice all the way we didn't want to leave

The staff was great, I recommend a room on the west side as high as possible to ENJOY the view.

The casino was under remodel when we were there, but it didn't really disturb anyone. The casino area was way to smokey for me. Don't know if the remodel has changed their exhaust system, but it was miserable for me. The key cards need to be changed, you can't have them by any other card with a magnetic strips or a cell phone. So ladies, you can't put it in your purse. I found out that the hard way. I went to my room, which I swear was 1/4 of a mile from the elevators and my card didnt work!!! So 1/4 mile walk back to the el... read more

Vallet lost our key fob. They waited over and hour to tell us that is was missing took 2.5 more hours just to get the ppw to do a claim.. we had the extra fob so we gave it to them and waited another 25 min they come back and stated they left the lights on car won't start. They jump the car wrong fried the battery and circuits. When I got home car had to be towed to the dealership. They found my fob it had stayed out in the rain and was ran over ! They mail it back It doest work they did say they would replace it but I can't... read more

Everything was nice!! Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Pool is awesome!!! Rosie's Cafe was awesome! !Unfortunately sky walk was down kinda inconvenient.
