The room was fine very nice to check in was terrible had to wait 43 minutes to check in had three people working the desk then they added two more to help speed up the process working the desk

After a, not-so-great stay, I was hesitant to book another stay with the Nugget. I'm very glad I did. What a great experience. Not only in the way that I was treated, but also in the way the resort treated those guests who were there for a convention for those with visual disabilities. I was overwhelmed to see the level of care the staff offered these guests. It was nothing short of stellar. Of course my visit was excellent as well. The room was clean and comfortable. We have been going to The Nugget for 25-30 years and have always been pleased with our rooms, food, and gaming! The staff is awesome! I know there was a brief period when the Nugget was being sold that the food suffered a bit but now, with all the changes, it's much improved and the renovations are beautiful! Everything is clean and smells great!! Just wish they would add more video poker games that have more interactive games, e.g. bronze, silver, gold, wheels, or any other kind of interactive poker games. Happy gamblers he... read more

Buffet suck over priced for what they had for 10 dollars more we could have went gsr for way better food, main reason for us to be here was the spa and it's closed for maintenance and was not told at check in

Good = Room fresh and clean, Bed comfortable. Buffet food was good as well as the waiters. Front desk and velet parking assistance were all nice and helpful. Bad= Housekeeping never came and cleaned room. Fan in bathroom did not work. Pool was dirty and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Ate at Rosie cafe twice and both times food took over 30 minutes to serve. Note the place was not busy. On one of our visits they gave our table of 5 meals at different times. Food was ok.
