The stay was great. New rooms nice. Cocktail service bad we were downstairs by the bar was offered a cocktail once by a waitress and never saw her again for over an hour. We never even had another one and I called housekeeping because our room wasn't clean and she tried to say that we had a tag out that said privacy it was still on our dresser. We never put one out and then when we left to go downstairs and someone put one on her door so that was pretty bad. I asked for more towels and got it but after they were dropped off ... read more

Favorite place to stay! Love the indoor pool and great entertainment nearby. Home run restaurant has amazing food at a great price.

SOMETHING BIT ME ALL OVER MY STOMACH AND FOREHEAD IN MY BED WHEN I STAYED THERE RECENTLY. They billed us twice and when I called to their accounting dept my call was pushed off to a second person who started yelling at me. I asked to speak to the manager and the clerk told me that would not be possible. I pushed again to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I pushed again to speak to her manager or supervisor and she put me on hold. When she came back she said her supervisor would be calling me back when... read more

Can’t believe a business as large as the Nugget and that has been in business forever has such terrible customer service. I checked my bank account this morning noticed i had been changed twice for my room. Instead of 160.00 they charged me $520.00. Called and talked to the manager he was so sorry that I had been charged but nothing he could do but request my account closed but it can take 24 to 48 hours to be refunded. Really it charged on my card immediately. Not a happy guest but he really didn’t care.

The rooms are ok, but my a.c. wasn't working and I called to let them no about it around 2:30 in the afternoon. The lady that I talk to could hardly understand english.she said someone would be there in 30 or less minutes, well no one ever showed up I called 3 more times and finally around 10 some one showed up, they couldn't het it fixed I ask for another room and they didn't give me one. Other than that all was ok, just to warm in the room.
