Great place to visit. Has everything we needed. We never left the casino. Enjoyed a clean,comfortable room, excellent food, attended Trace Atkins concert, and gambled! We plan on going to the Nugget again.

Nugget hosts events yet there is no parking available. Abviously hotel guests are the only ones to park at the nugget parking lot.
Although we did not enter the actual casino. We were there for the Nugget Rib Cook off. I have been going to the event for 25 years it is not the same as it used to be. The same base 10 cookers and maybe 2 new ones. Kind of lost it's Contest Luster. More of a vender show with ribs available to eat.
A beautiful hotel that has up kept the charms of yesteryear. The staff was great, the room's were well kept, comfortable and clean, and the food wasn't bad. Very convenient. We will stay here again
The new owners of the Nugget have spent millions refurbishing the Casino but have not bothered to do anything with the chairs in the Poker Room which are worn, torn and disgusting..So..Whats up with that..They managed to change all the seating for black jack tables and all the slot machines..Do they hate poker players or what?
Second time staying here. Buffet is way over priced actually ever place to eat in the casino is over priced. Ice machine on our floor didn't work I told them 3 times in 4 days they never fixed it had to go 2 floors down to get ice. Didn't have 3 card poker opened so had to wait till evening time. Was smoking in this smoking casino other players at Black Jack didn't like smoke do I put it out. Left came back they made it a non smoking table in a smoking casino.. I will never stay here again.
Everytime I go to Wendover I always like the Nugget best out of them all I've been there a hand full of times and have always had not so good of an experience in wendover period. The buffet though it was way over priced not great customer experience. I asked if they had an extra fork and they told me no but spoons are over there. The food tasted like it was it off a box and looked nasty and Smelly. I will never eat at the Nugget buffet again
