No hot water the first day. Elevators were to slow. Waited 25 min.
no hot water in morning for showers , long wait time for elevators . why with an attendant on duty ,with the rules of no kids in hot tub --why is this not enforced ,and guess what kid pukes in hot tub.really dont think i will return

I had a wonderful time; all the staff was courteous and helpful, especially Felina in your gorgeous atrium pool! Mike the bellman was friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend the Nugget to anyone looking for high end accommodations at a reasonable price.
This casino is not customer friendly. Made reservation for 3/28/18 and requested a smoking room. Got there and was told no smoking rooms were cleaned yet, come back in an hour to check-in. We did, no smoking room in the ENTIRE hotel and it was 3:30. Reservation clerk had supervisor come out to verify. Supervisor never once made eye contact with me and never even said a word. We left, went to Harrah's and had a room, nice dinner, drinks in the bar and breakfast. Too bad the Nugget doesn't care. We will never be back. Keep in ... read more
