This was our first and last time. Other than the room being nice, we didn't enjoy any other part of our weekend. Room service took forever and was lousy. It comes in take out containers like a fast food place. At $250 a night I didn't think that was cool. Pool is only open until 10pm, and its full of small children at all hours of the day and night. We didn't even want to use it because of this. There should be hours that adults, who go to Reno to be adults, get to use the hot tub and pool without being surrounded by screami... read more

Don’t expect to get the room you want when you get there. Requested an adjoining room over a month ago, and none were available. Phone didn’t work. Window had “something” smeared all over it. But, at least we didn’t get an old room with floral wallpaper! Food still not great.

My family and I stayed at the nugget for the bingo explosion this past wkend everything from the rooms, restaurants, and the casinos was awesome..our family always has an amazing time at the nugget. .

I love the nugget! Only thing IS, they NEVER have enough cocktail waitresses! I had to call for service after waiting 45 min - other than that, everything else was PERFECT! Thank you, sooooo much!

If I could give half a star, I would.We ate dinner at Rosie's cafe. Not only was the service slow and lackluster. All 5 table settings were missing forks (there were only a teaspoon and a knife); two of us had the spaghetti but when we asked the server if we could please get "forks" (plural), he brought us one. Lastly, when we finally started eating, I cut the meatballs in my spaghetti and two out of the three meatballs were still raw.
